RoyScoutsSCOUTS HOLD COURT OF HONORBoy Scout Troop 130 of Clearfield held a Court of.. Honor on March 9, 1970... Thirteen boys took part in.. the ceremony. Those who received their Tenderfoot Badge were: Keith Larsen, Daniel Griggs and Dale Abarr.Second Class Badges were awarded to Douglas Horton, Tom Griggs, Jim Matheny.. . and Dannie Lyddon.Those receiving First Class Badges were: Joel Matheny., Rodney Straight, Larry Leonard and Larry Abarr.The Star Badge award went to Terry Griggs and Bill Larsen. Life Badges to Gary Routh and Marvin Votava.Mike Routh is up before.. the Board of Review for his..
