The second floor will have the hotel prior and guest rooms. In the rear of the store room and the oiliee will be the hotel dining room extending entire width of the building. The store room will have 16 foot ceiling and a balcony will surround considerable of the sides. The cost the structure will he between $5,000 and lt;18,000. While it is not absolutely settled it is most probable that the building will lie of the n-enforced concrete type. The contract for the excavation and building of the basement walls for which there has been one bid already filed, is to be let on the basis of the work being completed within forty days. The re-enforced concrete building being used extensively in the pities, a notable example being the lard ware building erected in Spo-me by the Holly Mason-Marks Hardware Co. It makes very substantial building, walls are free im cracks and the cost of construction is less.Mr. Brown arrived in town the first of the week as he announced would when he was last in the city.
