Coroner Wright Held an inquestover the remains and rendered n verdict in accordance with above. The funeral occurred at the Egypt school-house, Monday, Rev. B. F Ferguson officiating. Joseph A, ritnmons wan a son of Charles W. Timmons a pioneer settler of Jumper county, and was bom Jan. 3, 1847. He married Miss Jennie Waymire about *23 years ago, and they have been blessed with eight children.
