When Mrs. Josephine Sousae arrived for dinner at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Sousae of 412 Westmoreland St.. Wed nesday evening, she was pleas antly surprised when a party was held in celebration of her 86th birthday anniversary. Her six children and their families attended and the eve ning was spent in cards and music. A tape was made dur ing the evening and will be sent to her two grandsons who are in service. Specialist 5 Brian ,T. Cope is in Vietnam and Sgt. ‘John C. Sousac is stationed in the Philippines. The honor guest received gifts, cards and flowers, and n large cake baked and decor ated by a granddaughter, Mrs. John Sousa. Enjoying good health and ac tive in church and civic affairs, Mrs. Sousae makes her home with her daughter Mrs. Charles ‘Hook, and a son John of 418 Hill St. Her six living children are Mrs. Charles (Anne) Hook, Vin cent, Mrs. John (Virginia) Raz zando, Mrs. Russell (Betty) Cope and John Sousac, all of Belle Vernon, and Lawrence Sousac of Conneaut Lake. She also has 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
