Many Civil Cases Being Settled Out of Court The spring term of the dis trict court will convene on April 7 this year and the jury for the term was chosen last Wednes day by County Treasurer Row ley, Clerk of the District Court House and Sheriff Messenger. Those drawn are being notified of the fact through the Sheriff's office. There are to date fifteen criminal cases scheduled to come up for trial but the civil docket is very light in comparison with former terms, there being but sixty-eight on file. A num ber of these cases have been settled out of court and five have been closed during the past week. The jury drawn is as follows: Glenrock—George Walkinshaw, Clifford Goff, B. L. Clapham, J.
