To accomplish this he travels almost continuously, his American tours usually occupying from October to May. The lecture delivered here is only one of a number that Prince Gosh gives in his course; the others comprise the arts, religious, position of women in India, industries and others.The first portion of his talk was devoted to a most careful and unbiased analysis of national policies previous to the war, which made it almost inevitable.
