Judgment in the sum of $305,590 ways yesterday entered in the case of Jerry Ford vs. Thomas Hogan. Arthur Frame has been named as referee in the divorce case of Cath erine Terril vs. William E. Licenses Were granted yesterday by Judge Overfield to Colin McPher son, of Chatanika and to Frank Stanley, of Flat City. The applica tion for transfer of a one-half in terest in the license of William Zacharias to Levi Lindgren was also granted. The application of Jacob Kroll for a roadhouse liquor license on 8 below Fairbanks creek was taken under advisement.
