County Commissioners Designate Fifteen Men for These Offices.At the meeting of tfo county commissioners held yesterday road matters occupied the attention of the board for a considerable portion of the time. One of the most Important matters up for consideration was the appointment of the road supervisors for the fifteen districts of the county, the following being named after the many applications on file were given careful consideration;District No. 1, John Pierce; 2. M. McNamara; 8, George Duncan; 4, Henry DeVerge; 5. Charles Shroder; 6. John Bisson; 7, Peter Longpre; 8. A. Porrler; 9, W. M. Strlngham; 10, N. A. Moderf#; 11, Capt. Shields;.H, H. E. Rogers; 18, L. R. Smith; 14, B. Preston; 16, E. R. Crosby.Another matter of considerable Importance which the board had up for consideration was the construction of a new road across the mountains from a point about one and one-half miles above the Mountain Home house on the Mullah road to the top of the divide, a distance of about four miles.
