Prof. I. N. Flak, the celebrated aero-! nautical engineer, is in the city working : up a scheme among our business men for a free balloon ascension to be given in the oear future. The poyelty of his display is the sending up of a team of goats with a cage of birds and animals, the animals making a parachute descent when the balloon is high in air. The show will be absolutely free to the public. Wherever given it draws immense crowds He expects to flx a date soon for Geneseo.
