There were but t wo case* on apjeal before it:Martin Greenroad vs. Jacob l Eyan et ate., an injunction case in which Greenroad sought to enjoin the sale, under execution, of his homestead. The judgment of the IWslrict Conrt was affirmed, dissolving the injunction.Bob’t Laudry tb. T. J. Kirk, Collins Sterling, Intervenors. In this case I An dry had attached a lot of cross-ties as the property of Kirk. Collins Sterling intervened, claiming the ties x*s having been purchased of, and delivered by, Kirk before Landry’s attachments nud claiming damages. The District Court decided the ties to be Collins Sterling’s, bnt awarded no damages. Landry appealed. The Appelate Court amends the judgment of the District Court so far as to allow Landry actual damages for *37.Coart adjourned on Tuesday | evening, and the Judges left for | their Louies Wednesday morning.
