O. A. Loeh-raue. Resolution adopted.A bill to provide for the bringing of suits against Railroad, Express, and Telegraph Companies. Passed.A bill to create a new Judicial Circuit, to be-called the Muscogee Circuit. Pending the dia-j cusBion of the bill, the hour of adjournment arrived, and the House adjourned uatil 7 p. in. tonight.
