BARNES.Mr. Wright in this case moved, on behalf of the plain-tiff, that Dr. Andrew Ure, of No. 24, Bloomsbury-square, physician and analytical chymist, and Dr. Jonathan Pereira, of 47, Finsbury-square, be at liberty to inspect, and, by the use and aid of chymical agents, to test and examine whether any and what parts of the paper, writing, | or agreement, dated July 6, 1847, in the pleadings mentioned and deposited in the office of the Clerks of Records and Writs has been varied or altered by having any words or figures which were written thereon defaced, removed, altered, or discharged from the said paper writing near the words “ at the rate of,” and followed by the words “ per foot runand also that in the event of the said Andrew Ure and Jonathan Pereira certifying in writing that the
