pUCaitoil ut vile ui vnv; w v%*vaforesaid.A UOVVVJl UV k » ,1VI k 1rpi RNl'IKE TOLLS TO BE LET. —Notice isJL hereby given, drat the TOLLS arising at the Toll Lateupon the Beaconstield Turnpike Road, called or known by thename of Red’ 11 ill Gate, will be Let by Auction, to the best bidder or bidders, at the house of William Hall, called the Saracen’s Head Inn, in Beaconstield, in the county of Buckingham, on Wednesday the eleventh day of April licit, between urs of Twelve o'clock at noon and Two o’clock in thethe houafternoon of the same day, for Three Years, in the manner directed by the Act passed in the third year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the Fourth, which Tolls produced the last year the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Poi nds above the expenses of collecting them, and will be put up at that sum. Whoever happens to be the best bidder must at the same time pay one month in advance of the year’s rent at whichsuch Tolls may be Let, and give security with sufficient sureties e satisfaction of the Trustees of the said Turnpike ltoad,to thefor payment of the rest of the said rent monthly (one month's rent to be always paid in advance), and for the performance ofthe conditions ana agreements then and there to be required by the said Trustees, and of the covenants to be contained in the Lease to be granted of the said Toils, and there produce suchsureties.At which Meeting, aka, new Trustees .will be appointed, in the room of those who have died, or refused, or become incapable to act- And aka at such Meeting the formal appointment oF their Clerk will be made, pursuant to the Act of the 3d George IV. cap. 12ti, and other the Acta now in force for regulating Turnpike Roads.JKG.
