LeKoy McCoy, sole administrator of the goods, etc., of Thomas Scanlon, late of the county of Cattaraugus, deceased, has applied to our Surrogate of Cattaraugus County for a citation requiring you and each of you to appear and show cause why authority should not be given him by said Surrogate, to mortgage, lease or sell . so much of the real estate of saia deceased aa shall be necessary for the payment of Ills debts* You and each of you are required to be and appear before our said Surrogate at his office la the vtnage of Franklldvllle In Bald county, on the Fourth day Of April 1887, at to o’clock to the forenoon, and show cause why authority should^ not be given the said II. L. McCoy to mortgage, lease or sell so much of the real estate of the v said deseased as shall be necessary for the payment of his debts.
