vwt • vvw Ml* 4 J OV*counted for.The petition of Marcus Daly and allien, requesting the establishment of a county road within the limits of VYalkerville, from the mam street at a point between the dwelling of William Head and the store of Deunii Driscoll, in an easterly direction past King’s boarding house and several other houses occupied by petitioners, to the dwelling of Miles Cavanagh, and thereon to the intersection of the timber road, altogether about three-eighths of a mile in distance, coming on to be heard anu satisfactory proof being made that notice had been given according to law, Lathrop Dunn, John Dow.is and Dennis Driscoll were appointed viewers to lay out said road on the Oth of April, or w ithin ten days thereafter.— Neio Xorth-West.
