Wo remember with pleasure the eloquent and touching addressee of Judge Lochrane, Father Ryan, Qeoeral Gordon, and Captain Harry Jackson.— This year we learn that the addrees will be delivered by Oolonel Lather J. Glean, and thia announcement justifies ns in predicting a glorious ooeasion.
