obituaries JAMES W. O'CONNOR PRINCETON, N.J. Services for James W. O'Connor of 16 Bayberry Lane, Belle Mead, will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Paul's Catholic Church with a requiem high mass. Burial will be in a Princeton cemetery by Mather Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Mr. O'Connor, former Manager of Coronado Inn in Pampa, died suddenly Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Chisum of Amarillo while on a business trip. At the time of his death he was manager of Nassau Hotel in Princeton. He was 49. MRS. OLA MAE REDMAN Services for former Pampa resident Mrs. Ola Mae Redman will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Carmichael - Whatley Colonial Chapel] with Dr. Ralph T. Palmer, pastor of the First Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Redman died Monday in El Cajon, Calif., where she had lived since 1964. She was 80. She was born July 16, 1896 in East Texas, and moved to Pampa in 1929 from Post. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Her husband, Glen W. Redman, died March 4, 1971. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Scott Hall Jr. of Pampa and Mrs. Faye’ Dull of La Mesa, Calif.; a son, Ray of Lompoc, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Redman of Post, and Mrs. Pansy Redman and Mrs. Minnie Hendricks, both of Amarillo; a brother, Bunk Floyd of Aspermont; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. THOMAS EVERMON McLEAN — Graveside services for Thomas Evermon will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hillcrest Cemetery with the Rev. Buel Wells officiating. Burial will be by Lamb Funeral Home. Mr. Evermon died Monday. He was 81. A native of Shenandoah, Pa., he worked in the Pennsylvania coal mines. He moved to McLean last year from Mahonny, Pa. He was a retired water well driller. He was married to Margaret Poelstra Aug. 12, 1934 in El Paso. Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Dr. Margaret Everman of Colorado Springs; two grandchildren, Peter and Holly Berman, both of Colorado Springs; and 4 sister, Mrs. Mabel Shragen of Pennsylvania. MRS. CARRIE JOHNSON HANES McLEAN — Mrs. Carrie Johnson Hanes of Pakan Community died Monday. She was 76. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Merrell, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery by Lamb Funeral Home. Mrs. Hanes was born in Chicota, and moved to Pakan Community in 1920. She married Harvie Hanes in 1920 in Lamar County. She was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her widower; a daughter, Miss Elenor Hanes of Vernon; and three sisters, Mrs. Blanche Pashel of Eunice, N.M., Emily Howell of Hanford, Calif., and Mrs. Mittie Stevenson of Mannsville, Okla. WAYLAND H. FLOYD LUBBOCK — Graveside services for Wayland H. Floyd were to be at 2 p.m. today in Hillcrest Cemetery at McLean with the Rev. Buel Wells officiating. Burial was to be by Lamb Funeral Home of McLean. Mr. Floyd, a former McLean resident, died Saturday. He was 8. He had been a resident of Lubbock 34 years, and was a retired gas appliance salesman. There are no known survivors.
