Through the instrumenftriity of Mr. Carlo Lyttlc, the Manchester lawyer, and Mr. John O. White, of Winchester, the Clay count feudists have agreed to lay their arms aside and let peace reign. Sheriff Bevc White w ill resign his office, and move to Winchester, besides a number of others, who belong to the lends, who will also leave the comity The two gentlemen, who brought about the peace agreement, are to be congratulated for their splendid work It is to be hoped that this step taken, will he a means, whereby peace and harmony will last for all time to come.*
