THE SOMERS BOYS—On Thursday, Recor der Tallmadge decided that Edward Galia, Charles J.Goldenman, Richard Hamilton and Henry Wal tham,the loys of the Somers, who were brought before him on a writ of habeas corpus, whould be discharged from imprisonment, but remanded for general service in the navy department.
