Letters To The EditorTo Tbe Editor:JMwg hag changed! We stfB hive the oame oM petty bicker-ins going on in city haH. I tonight that we were offered a change test November. It seems that the only change that the electorate received was a change of names on the respective desks in the council chamber.I believe that if we invested the money that we pay our city officiate into renting a computer that we could arrive at a more togical method of arriving at coodusvoos than we are at present. What is due fixation with a haM of justice? Do the city administrators actually believe that at the completion of a haH of justice that the fire of reju-vmation will be Hgbed in the downtown area. This is some more of ihe wishful thinking of this administration and the last. The proper attitude, and spirit are lacking in the local merchants. Other activities such as dock repairs, teachers and boat camps were also improved.“Fish populations were considered in the drawdown and closely observed. Some loss was experienced at the location you mentioned, Long Iiland. However, almost aH the fish loss was of out species known as gizzard shad. lUs is a forage fish and many die every whiter regardless of the water levels. Their loss does not effect the fishing since they are not caught on book and line.“Our fisheries technicians am making observations and testa through the ice and believe the fishing this coming year should prove to be just as good as in the past years If not somewhat improved.“Ihe drawdown does not effect spawning areas. Vegetation will come back almost as soon as the lake is filled, and spawning of the fish actually may bo benefited.“I hope this information will reassure you in regard to our program at Indian Lake, k it without a doubt one of our most attractive lakes in Ohio, and wo hope to make it even more ah tractive in the future by opexw ing up more areas to the boaters, campers and all visitor* alike.1*How about that, Sports Fans —Gizzard Shad.
