On Wednesday evening, March 20th, a benefit dance for the Fournier family of STEWARTTOWN Georgetown will be held in the Riviera with everyone donat ing their services free. All pro ceeds will be turned over to the Fournier Trust Fund at the Canadian Bank of Com merce, Delrex Market Centre. Mr. Emil Zuber was donated his lovely Riviera dance hall, all the waitresses and has check girls gladly offered to, “Udnate “wets “services for the evening and Ralph. Ursel “and his. “Manhattan * will © provide the music for ‘the dancing free of. chargé..Joyce . Grant, Robert Armstrong, David Smith and = Kenneth Grant attended the presentati ‘ons of | Gilbert’ and Sullivan's “Ruddigore’ at Upper Xallads College in Toronto on Friday evening, March “8th: . Clean, owned by’ Jack “Cox, of fered to clean up the place af ter the ,dance, ‘so that makes a complete entertaining: even ing donated by a good num ber of busy workers and en crtainers who are willing to give one evening towards a worthy cause. The plight of an expectant mother with ten children suddenly left a wid ow should touch the heart of all of us. Tickets for the evening are $5.00 a couple.
