Lane Found Not Guilty on Perjury Charge Ralph Swihart of Pontotoc county was sentenced to 20 years in prison in federal court here Wednesday on conviction of a lar ceny from a box car. Swihart was charged on two counts: (1) breaking the seal on a box car and (2) larceny of goods from the car. On each, he received 10 years imprisonment, no penalties to run consecutive y. Judge Alfred P. Murrah dis missed two charges against Grace B. Cabe of Murray county. She was charged on 2 counts of mail ing a postcard with the intention of reflecting injuriously on an other’s character. Wilson H. Lane of Ada, facing a charge of perjury, was found not guilty by the court and was discharged. Paul Faulkenberry of Murray county pleaded guilty when ar raigned for larceny from govern ment property, and was placed under probation for three years.
