IS IN CUSTODYAlibied by Deputy Marshal Feaster on Suspicion of Complicity in Death of Rose HeibergAdvices received by the Marshal’s office here today state that Deputy Marshal Feaster, of Chitina, arrived at McCarthy today having in custody one Connie Fhimizu, a Jap, whom he arrested at Strelna on suspicion of having been implicated in the murder of Rose Selberg, a woman of the underworld, who was found dead in her cabin at McCarthy last Saturday.
