IIiGrnth Thanks nil Concerned.Villa Nova, Manuel®, Mar. 12, ’ill(Editor Evening Herald.)Dr.AB Sir,—Through the columns of jour valued paper, please give me space tc say a few words, by way of thanks, in connection with the Fancy Fail held lost month at Kelligrews. The good people of that locality were delighted to find that autlicicnt money was realized for present nccdB, viz., to finish the Sacristy wing of the church. To the courteous manager of the Railway Company, for particular kindncsB on this occasion, and to the no less obliging agent of the same Company, A. S. Noble, Esq., I am Much Indebted.To the kind friends in town, who aided by donations towards this object, or who purchased tickets, I return sincere thanks. A great number of friends intended paying a visit to the Fair, but were prevented owing to illness, or the very inclement weather. I beg to thank all such for heir good intentions, and promise them' an opportunity of aiding os another time. Not forgetting the lable-holders and other workers from Kelligrews itself, for their beautiful arrangement of goods, and tasteful decoration of school bouse. My thabks in an especial manner must be given to the Rev. M. Hanley, P.P., Holy rood, for his great kindness in opening the Fair od that occasion. Also to kind friends in Topsail, Manaels, Long Pond and Holy* rood for purchasing tickets.
