JOHN HANS FISCHERFort Payne, AlabamaMr. John Hans Fischer, 99 of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, March 8, 2010.Memorial services will be held Monday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at the Betty Crow Chapel of First United Methodist Church. Thefamily will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church or the S.O.S program of thechurch.He is survived by his daughter, Wilma Play ford, of Fort Payne;son and daughter-in-law,John Carmon and Gail Fischer, of Michigan; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bernice Fischer; and son-in-law, Jerry Playford.Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements, online guestbook, www.wilsonfhinc.com.
