Marciano-Cockell Battle Slated For Wide TV Hook-upSAN FRANCISCO, March 12 -UP-—The Rocky Marciano -Don Cockell world heavyweight title fight in Kezar Stadium here May 16 will be theatre televised coast-to coast and in Canada, Nate Hal-pern, president of the Theatre Not* work Television Co. announcedSaturday.The entire state of California will be blacked out, however. But Halpern pointed out that many of the theatres in ‘the East, blacked out when Marciano lasj defended his title in New York, would beI able to receive the Cockell fight. ! llalpern's announcement came following a conference with James 0.
