Mil ler and Bisking have laid themselves open to the charge of removing Mr. Biletz's horse and carriage at night, and using the cam to carry away the stolen property. The men were taken to jail yesterday ‘e@fternoon formal. The jury to investigate the death of Wil mer Lefever, consisting of Geo, Tille, Geo, Young, Geo, W. Young, J. 8. Maxton, Taylor Gable and W. A Meeting of the membership of the Presbyterian church was held last evening to decide whether to cut down or leave )and the trees fronting the new church. Twenty-five colored voters of town organized a club last night which they have styled the “Colored Self Controlling Cra.” The object is to obtain full power of their roles.
