M. all the right, title,interest, claim and demand whatsoever, of the defendant, of in and to a certain tract of land situate, lying and being in E!k town, ship. Warren county, and commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it being a part of u larger tract, number five thousand five hundred and sixty six, (5iG6) hounded and described as follows : — beginning at a crab apple tree on the west bank of the Allegany river, running from thence north eighty two and one half degrees west, one hundred and two rods, to a post;—thence north twelve degrees west, thirty nine rods, to a post; thence west one hundred anti sixty six and eight tenths rod*, to a post on the back line ; thence north one hundred and eighty and a half rods, to a post on the hack line; ihence east one hundred and seventy rods, to a post; thence south one hundred and twelve rods to a post; thence south seventy seven and a half degrees east, ninety one rods, to a chestnut tree on the hank of the Allegany river ; thence south eleven degrees cast, forty rods, to a chestnut tree on the bank «*f tbe aforesaid river; thence south nine degrees east, sixty two rods to ihe aforesaid crab apple tree at the place of beginning—containing two hundred and for‘y acres with tiie allowance of six per cent, be the same more or less, having thereon about fifty acres of improvement, a good frame dwelling house, end from three to four acres of orchard of bearing apple trees—-together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or which iu any wise may belong. Seized and taken in execution us the property of Benjamin Marsh, at the suit of Hiram Gilman.
