DILLON RESIDENCI CHANGE HANDS IN PROPERTY TRANSFERSSeveral homes In «Dillon have changed hands in the past few weeks, two of the buyers being ranch people who plan to move into Dillon.Otto Christensen, rancher, has purchase^ the home of Mrs. Mina Hartwig Skavdahl on South Rife street. Mr. and Mrs. Skavdahl will move into the Gordon Harris residence at 608 South Washington street in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Harris plan to move to Pocatello soon.Another fine home that has changed hands is that of Mrs. Lois Hazelbaker on Souttp-'Pc-ific street. It has been purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Harold M. Warner who plan to move in this spring. They hope to sell their home at 488 Kentucky avenue which they have occupied for the past twelve years.Dr. and Mrs. W. J. Romers have announced the purchase of the Niblack house at 108 South Washington, now occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Jones. They intend to do considerable renovating of the house during the coming months and will make it into a resident dentistry.
