OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Situate Near Mt. Crawford, Va. Pursuant to the terms of a cer tain deed of trust, executed by J. H. Supinger, single, to the under signed Trustee, on the 10th day of October , 1930, which said trust deed is duly of record in the Clerk's Office of Rockingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book No. 148, at page 108, default having ten, made in the payment of the Gibt therein secured, and the beneficiary having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the said trust, I will on SATURDAY, MARCH 26th, 1932, at 12:30 o'clock, p. m., at the front door of the County Court House, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, offer for sale, at public auction to the high est bidder, for cash, that certain tract or parcel of land with the improvements thereon, containing two roads and thirty seven poles, more or less, situate near Mount Crawford, in Rockingham County, Virginia, adjoining the lands of Wm. Kagey and Tutwiler, being the identical real estate conveyed to J. H. Supinger by W. F. McCoy and wife, by deed dated the 6th day of March, 1924, which deed is duty of record in the Clerk’s Office of Rock ingham County, in Deed Book No. 19%, at page 392. John W. No. 2078 Defendant American Car Foundry Motors Company, et al The object of this suit is to re cover of the principal defendant, American Car and Foundry Motors Company, the sum of $550.95, with interest... hereon... Iron Becember , 193T, until paid, and to that end to attach a certain motor bus, en gine No. 182737, Cab No. 105, own ed by American Car Foundry Motors Company, to satisfy the plaintiff's demand, together with the costs of this suit; and an at tachment for said debt having been issued from this office and return ed executed by levy of same on said motor bus now in the posses sion of the Kavanaugh Garage at Harrisonburg, Virginia, and it ap pearing from the return of the of ficer that the said principal de fendant has not been served with said attachment or with process, process having been served on C. K. Switser, an individual trading as Kivanaugh Garage, co-defendant. And affidavit being made that service of process cannot be had in this State on said principal de fendant for the reason that it is a non-resident corporation, it is ordered that it do appear here within ten days after due publica tion of this Order, and answer the plaintiff’s petition or do what is necessary to protect its interests.
