We have just received from essrs Marion Marion, Patent Attorney's, of Montreal, an admir bd compendium of condensed in ormation on the subject of Patents and every day statistical data. We are in receipt of a letter from the Indians of the Oak River Reserve. Complaining about the treatment, accorded them by the present instructor. In the com munication the Indians claim the instructor is incompetent and un willing or unable to give them the assistance necessary to make a access of their farming operations. They assert that under the old Instructor, Mr Joynt, they did well and were contented, but under existing circumstances they cannot do so The sed men think thei grievances should be investigated by the proper authorities and need ed reforms sade.
