Sinds, east by west street, south by property of Joan Harrell and west by property of Jeffer son Holder— levied on as the property of W. W. Harrell, Trustee, to satisfy a tax fire is sued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said Harrell, Trustee. Also, one house and lot in said city bounded north by property of F. G. Arnett, east by lot of T. J. Jeter, south by back street and west by lands of F. G. Arnett— levied on as the property of I. G. Bradwell to satisfy a tax fi fa issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council on said Bradwell. Also, one brick house and lot in said city, bounded north by Broughton street, east by Clark street, south by property of Bower’s estate, and west by Broad street—levied on as the property of D. Bradwell to satisfy a tax fire issued by J.D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said Bradwell. Also, one house and lot, in said city con taining one and a half acres, bounded north by lot of C. P Haygood, east by lot of T. F. Hampton, south by lands belonging to estate of J. M. Donalson and west by street name unknown—levied on as the property of Mrs. Alice Russell, to satisfy a tax fire issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said Mrs. Russell. Also, one house and lot in saidety, bound ed north by premises of Mrs.J. M. Donalson, east by premises of T. F. Hampton, south by premises of Mrs Alice Russell, and west by street name unknown—levied on as the pro perty of C. P. Haygood to satisfy a tax fire issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, is said Haygood. Also, one vacant lot in said city, bounded north by property of T. J. Williams, east by property of W. G. Broom, south by Water street and west by property of Mrs. Malone —levied on as the property of C. W. Blount to satisfy a tax fire issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, vs said Blount. Also, one house and lot in said city, bounded north by property owner not known, east by west street, south by property of Dr. Butler, west by property not known— levied on as the property of estate of E. D. Waters, deceased, to satisfy a tax fire issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said estate of E. D. Waters, deceased. Also, one house and lot in said city, bounded north by street name not known, east by property of R. S. Perry, south by property not known, end west by property of KR. H. Whiteley-- levied on as the proper ty of Mrs. M. M. Jones to satisfy a tax fire issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said Mrs. Jones. Also, one store house and lot in said city, bounded north by property owner not known, east by lot of W. J. Harrell, south by water street and west by lot belonging to county— levied on as the property of O. M. Merritt to satisfy a tax fire, issued by J. D. Wooten, clerk of council, as said Merritt.
