Detwiler,Defendants.By virtue of a Special Executionto me directed, issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Johnson County, Iowa, in favor of Henry Birkey and against Barbara Detwiler and Nancy Weidlein on a judgment rendered by said Court at tbe February Term thereof, A. D., 1937, against the said Bahbara Detwiler and Nancy Weidlein I have levied upon the following property, to-wit:An undivided two-thirds interest in the northwest fractional quarter of the northwest quarter, and the northeast fractional quarter of the northwest quarter except the east six acres of said northeast fractional quarter of the northwest quarter, all being , in Section 17, Township 78, north of range 8, west of thefifth P. M., Johnson County,lows.Now Therefore, Public Notice is Hereby Gdven that on the 23rd day of March, 1937, at the’hour of Two O'Clock P. M., of said day at the Front Door of the Court House, in Iowa City, in said County of Johnson I will offer and sell at Public Auction, to the highest and best bidder, For Cash, all the right title and interest of the above named Defend1-ants, in and to the above described property, or so much thereof as is necessary to satisfy said judgment for the sum of Six Thousand Ninety-nine Dollars- and Fifity Cents, ($6,-099.50), together with interest, costs, and all accruing costs, unless the same be sooner satisfied. ^DON McCOMAS,Sheriff of Johnson County, Iowa.By GEO.
