ENGINEERS ANNUAL CELEBRA TION NEXT WEEK—PARADE AND SHOW SATURDAY Mecca week festivities will be be gun by the engineers next Thursday evening with a big banquet in St. Mary's school. Dinners, dances, Parades, exhibits, shows, and speech es have been planned to make the time pleasant for the old grade and others who return to Iowa City for the fun. At the Thursday evening Dangater, Stanley Hands, president of the A sociated Students of Applied Sci ence will be toastmaster. Speeches will be made by Dean Raymond and President Macbride. On Friday evening the bie dance on 80 far as the engineers ned will be given in Con- Pany A hall. The annual parade on Saturday will start from the engineering building at one o'clock. In the af ternoon the engineers will be “at home” to their friends in the engi neering building and shops. The celebration will close with the show at the Englert entitled “It Might Be the Truth.’ It is the work of an engineer. Male and female parts alike will be taken by the en gineers.
