The line has been in contemplation for more than a year fctid^ns only delayed last year by the jMftremely bad building weather. Rnyal, a small station on the Rock Island in the western part of (’lay county, and will extend almost due north to Lake Okoboji along its west shore. At Manhattan Beach a passenger station Will be erected and every facility af lorded for the accommodation of the tonrist traffic.
