The editor of the Milwaukee Sentinel insists that the Indians have been robbed, and bases his statements to that effect on a report made only by two republican members of a senate committee, andthen he asserts that Col. Vilas is responsible for the alleged misdeeds. It has been shown to fair-mindedpeople that the Indians hare not been robbed, but that fact cannot be hammered into the head of man like Hublee who has mapped out a campaign against a fellow citizen which be will follow even whenhe knows he is wrong.
