Ten cosmetology students advance to the State competition Apr. 6 in Houston as a result of last weekend’s contest. Students with winning projects include Jennifer Armstrong, Lisa Banks, Christy Garcia, Shereda Norwood, Beth Patria, Kim Roose, Tina Ruggeberg, Angel Stiles, Katie Young and Rebecca Kine. DeAnn Hubble also competed last weekend in a speech competition. The results have not been confirmed.
