Miss Jeanene Johnson Becomes Bride of Tod Krutsinger Miss Jeanene Kendall Johnson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph V. Johnson, 1528 Grand Ave., and Tod Krutsinger, son of Mrs. Jane Krutsinger, 2218 Fairlawn Drive, and Frank Krutsinger, Belton, were married Saturday March 3 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Slates, Route I. The Rev. Randall Cordell performed the ceremony. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a formal long peasant style gown of ecru cotton featuring inserts of turquoise print in the skirt and bodice and trimmed with ecru lace. She wore a garland of daisies, strawflowers and babies’-breath in her hair and carried a colonial bouquet of gold strawflowers, turquoise marguerite daisies and babies’-breath tied with ecru lace. Mrs. Larry Slates was matron of honor. She wore a peasant gown trimmed with gold embroidery and carried a colonial bouquet of mixed spring flowers tied with gold ribbon. Larry Slates was best man. A reception was held following the ceremony. The couple will make their home in Carthage where she is employed at the United Missouri Bank of Car thage,n.a., and he is employed by Smith Brothers Mfg. Co.
