Cogdill, Route 1, Rio Vista, was promoted February 9 to Armyspecialist four near Boblingen,Germany, where he is assignedas a truck driver in the ^42d Transportation Company, Seventh U S Army Support CommandSpec. Cogdill entered the Army in October 196S and was stationed at Ft, Carson. Colorado, prior to arriving overseas in September 1966.Spec. Cogdill’s wife, Nelda, lives in Glen Rose.
