Brothers Must Answer to Grand Jury on Shooting Charge Herbert and Wallace — Kincaid, brothers, were held to answer to an indictment by the grand jury when they were given a preliminary bear ine yesterday an a chance of having murdered George Sonuegler, a special ettiver, at Oswald about two weeks by JU. Neither of the Kincaids was put on the stand by their attorney, €. Kk. Harless, and their version of the affair was learned only in part from the other witnessess. That they deny any knowledge of the shooting seems to be the evidence as present. Spangler, a special officer, was shot and killed during the course of arresting the men, and it was at first stated that one of them had fired the shot which killed him. No direct evidence of this has been in troduced, if was stated,
