Mall, an attorney of more than ordinary ability and a man of many shining qualities, died at St. Vincent’s hospital, on Thursday morning. He never recovered from the shock received at the time his leg was broken. It is supposed he sustained internal injuries. He was totally unconscious for three days and nights before death claimed him. He was buried, yesterday evening, at ten o’clock. Rev. O. J. Moore, pastor of the Methodist church, officiated at the funeral. The4deceased was about forty-three years old. At one time he was a prominent member of the legislature of West Virginia.
