Acquitted. The preliminary examination of Jef ferson Bingaman and Abraham Kingery on charges of larceny and concealing stolen goods, took place yesterday after noon and evening before Squire Bay, and resulted in their acquittal. Suffi cient evidence was adduced showing that these men had come by the goods found in their possession honestly, and no strong evidence furnished that they had stolen anything. The former good character of Kingery aided in ac quitting him.
