Scotland Relief JtleetingMA meeting of Scotsmen was held, at the lr Associate church m this city, to take into consideration, some means to alleviate the tr distress and famine, among their suffering 01 countrymen, in the highland and islands of Scotland.On motion, the Rev. James Brown was g‘ called to the chair, and David Davidson ap- P1pointed Secretary.It was Resolved that a committee of three, Iconsisting of the Rev. J. Brown, Dr. W. Davidson and Mr. J.
