The body was removed from the German cemetery last week and brought to Carthage and placed in the custody of the Hancock county officials, pending the arrival in Carthage of the officers from Colorado.Following the investigation of Mrs. Massie’s death by the Jefferson county men. it was etated that there was no evidence of foul play on the body and that the woman's neck had not been broken as was at first thought. *fhe investigators concluded their probo over the body Friday night and left Saturday morning for Denver.
