S. through Application, you have been pleased to contradié the Paragraph re lating to Mr. Wilkes’s being. made a Mason, by Virtue of a Dispensation from the Grand Matter, and in Prefénce of the Grand Officers ; in Justice to your own Candour and Impar tiality, I desire you also to inform the Public, that I, in the Presence of two Grand Oficers, and by Virtue of a Dispensation, dated the 3d of February, 1769, signed by the Deputy Grand Master, did make Mr. Wilkes a Pree and Accepted Mason.
