Harry Banks died MondayHarry Banks of Gravity died on Monday, March 7 at the Clarinda Hosptial after a lengthy illness. Mr Banks was 78 years old.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 PM at Walker Funeral Home in Clarinda wikthburial at the Dallas Centercemetery of rural New Market.Banks was the son of Matthew and Anna Cook Banks born Oct 24, 1898 in Harrison County, Mo.On May 5, 1915, Banks was married to Flora Todd and they came to Iowea in 1926. They have farmed around here and Mr Banks had previously been employeed at the ClarindaMental Health Institute for nine#years.Banks is survived by his wife, Flora, of the home in Gravity, a daughter, Mrs Bill (Doris) Trainer of Kalamazoo, Michigan, two grandchildren, six great granchildren and one great grandchild.One daughter, helen preceded him in death during childhood.
