(AP) -Onondaga Countv officials had the green light Tuesday to proceed with construction of a $22.1-million county office building and civic center for the performing arts.The project, to he financed through a bond issue, was approved 22-2 by the county legislature Monday.rThe 14-storv office portion t* ill be linked directly with the county’s existing, 12 year-old office building in downtown Syracuse.The civic center wing will house a 2 000-seat multi purpose theater, a 400-seat theater, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, workshops, offices and storage space.The Syracuse Symphony Orchestra is among the projected users.
