Mansfielder Loses Life . A 2y-year-old jet freater pilot, First Lt. Otto Spencer Brock Jr., assigned to the Alans field - based 161th Tac tical Fighter Squadron, was killed Wednesday fternoon when his F- 84-F jet plane crashed ito a frozen reservoir 15 miles north of Camp Douglas, Wis. Lt. Brock of 684 Sloane Ase, was killed in the first fatal accident involving a 164th Fighter Squadron plane in more than two years. The single-seat je. Lt. RECOVER BODY The body was recovered by an Air Force air-sea rescue helicopter from Truax Field, Madison, Wis.
