C HAVING STATE MEETING HERE^ MONDAY Weather Expected to Curtail Attendance to Some Extent« The heavy snow of the past few day a, making1 roads impassable and delaying trains, probably will affect attendance Monday afternoon for the state meeting of Daughters of the American Colonists. This group, organized nationally In 1921 and in , Illinois in 1924, has a state membership of almost 200 women, all descended from actual residents of the colonies when this country was under foreign government The state meeting will last only for one afternoon, and will be in the Hotel Orlando, beginning at 2 p, m Of facets will be elected, reports read, and there will be a brief progiam. Most of the delegates will come from the northern part of the state. The largest Illinois chapter is In Chicago, called the Fort Cheeaugou chapter, wherethere are 70 members.! â–
