White Heather.Institute for Psychic Research.Week's Progress: An organizatioihas been recently Incorporated In New York city, under the name of the American Institute for Psychic Research, for the purpose of organising certain scientific investigations while it conducts in one of its fields a system of philanthropic work. It is not to be associated with any form of teaching or propagandism, whether philosophical, scientific, or religious, but is modeled after the Carnegie institution, excepting that it will be limited to two distinct classes of phenomena.The two fields comprehend abnormal and alleged supernormal psychology, or psychic research.
